Submit a Support Ticket

The fastest way to get help is by submitting a support ticket. Our team typically responds within 24 hours (faster for Premium plan members).

How to Submit a Ticket

  1. Go to app.archevi.com and log in to your account
  2. Click the Support link in the sidebar
  3. Click New Ticket to create a support request
  4. Enter a clear subject line describing your issue
  5. Provide details - include steps to reproduce the problem
  6. Choose a priority level
  7. Submit and you will receive a confirmation email

Check Ticket Status

View and track all your support tickets from the Support page:

  • Open - Awaiting review
  • In Progress - Team is working on it
  • Waiting on Customer - We need more info
  • Resolved - Issue addressed
