Submit a Support Ticket
The fastest way to get help is by submitting a support ticket. Our team typically responds within 24 hours (faster for Premium plan members).
How to Submit a Ticket
- Go to app.archevi.com and log in to your account
- Click the Support link in the sidebar
- Click New Ticket to create a support request
- Enter a clear subject line describing your issue
- Provide details - include steps to reproduce the problem
- Choose a priority level
- Submit and you will receive a confirmation email
Check Ticket Status
View and track all your support tickets from the Support page:
- Open - Awaiting review
- In Progress - Team is working on it
- Waiting on Customer - We need more info
- Resolved - Issue addressed
