Group your family's documents the way you think about them, not the way a filing cabinet forces you to.
Forward any email to [email protected] and Archevi will file the attachments, strip the "Fwd:" prefix from the title, and preserve anything you wrote in the body.
Send to [email protected] to attach a reference or referral code to every document from that address. The main inbox still receives everything.
Your passport, your driver's licence, your kid's health card. Archevi already knows when they expire. Now you can see them on a calendar and get notified before the deadline slips by.
Ask a question, get an answer that's actually easy to read.
Paperwork you're handed in person usually comes in a form Archevi couldn't read cleanly. That changed.
We replaced the 30-day trial with a permanent free tier. Everyone starts on Free and keeps it as long as they want. Upgrade only when you hit a limit you actually care about.
Canadian data residency was never the hard part. Enforcing fine-grained access to every document at the database layer was. We did that.
Row-level security means the database itself blocks queries that shouldn't see a document, even if application code ever had a bug. Your private documents can't be leaked by a faulty endpoint because the database refuses to return them.
Gmail Autopilot is flag-gated while we finish the roll-out. You will see it in Integrations Settings as it becomes available on your family.
Connect a Gmail inbox and Archevi will pull in documents from the emails you choose (receipts, policies, medical records) on its own schedule.
Upload your family important documents and ask questions in plain English. Archevi reads your files, understands context, and gives you answers with citations back to the source.
Every family has its own private vault. Invite members, control who sees what, and keep your documents organized without the filing cabinet.
Your family documents deserve serious protection. Archevi is built with security at every layer.
Four pricing tiers to match your needs. Manage your subscription, view usage, and update payment details from your account settings.
