To provide our service, process documents, enable AI search, send updates, and process payments.

3. Data Security

We use TLS 1.3, AES-256 encryption, Canadian hosting, regular audits, and multi-tenant isolation.

4. PIPEDA Compliance

As a Canadian company, we comply with PIPEDA. You can access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payments, Cohere/Groq for AI, Cloudflare for security, and DigitalOcean for hosting.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sessions. We use Umami for privacy-friendly analytics without tracking cookies.
