By accessing Archevi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Archevi is an AI-powered family knowledge base for storing, searching, and understanding documents.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information, maintain password security, and notify us of unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not upload illegal content, access others data, use for spam, reverse engineer, or interfere with service.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of uploaded content. We have a limited license to process and display it for service provision.

6. AI Processing

Documents are processed by AI providers (Cohere, Groq) but never used for training and deleted after processing.

7. Subscription and Payments

Paid features require subscription with automatic renewal. 14-day free trial. Prices in CAD.

8. Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Access continues until billing period ends. Refunds case-by-case for annual plans.

9. Limitation of Liability

Service provided as-is. Not liable for indirect damages. Total liability limited to past 12 months payments.

10. Governing Law

Governed by laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes resolved in BC courts.
