Forward an Email. Watch It Organise Itself.
You know the one. The insurance renewal that showed up in your inbox last Tuesday. You skimmed it, told yourself you would file it later, and moved on to the next thing. Two months from now, when your partner asks for the policy number, you will spend twenty minutes searching your email, trying different keywords, scrolling through threads. Maybe you will find it. Maybe you will call your broker instead.
It is the same story with the bank statement, the hydro bill, the notice of assessment, the kids’ permission form, the RRSP contribution receipt. Important documents arrive by email every week, and most families handle them the same way: download, rename, drag into a folder, forget which folder. Or worse—leave it in the inbox and hope for the best.
With Archevi
Forward the email to [email protected]. Done. The document arrives in your vault—sorted, searchable, and shared with your family. No app to open, no folder to choose.
How it works
Forward your email to [email protected] from the address you signed up with. That is your key—no extra passwords needed.
Attachments are extracted automatically. PDFs, images, text files, even ZIP archives. Each becomes its own document. Signature images and email boilerplate are filtered out.
Every document is scanned for safety, then the text is read and extracted—even from scanned PDFs and photos of documents.
AI sorts the document into the right category (insurance, financial, medical, legal, education) and pulls out key details: names, dates, amounts, policy numbers.
Everything becomes searchable. Ask Archevi “where is my home insurance renewal?” and it finds it instantly.
What you can send
PDFs, photos, text files, ZIP archives. Send one attachment or ten—each becomes its own searchable document in your vault.
No attachments? No problem. If the email body has useful content, it gets saved too. Forward a confirmation email, a receipt, a letter—all captured.
Ask in plain language. “Show me anything from TD Bank” or “find my RRSP contribution receipt.” No folder diving. No keyword guessing.
Each document goes through optical character recognition (OCR) to extract text from images and scans. Entity extraction pulls out names, dates, and amounts automatically. AI categorisation sorts documents by type. All of this happens in seconds, without you lifting a finger.
Your documents stay in Canada
Your files are stored on servers in Toronto. The email passes through Cloudflare’s routing briefly during delivery, then lands directly in your encrypted vault. No third-party service reads, indexes, or trains on your content. Your documents are yours.
