Introducing the Archevi Founding Member Program
Introducing the Archevi Founding Member Program
We’re building Archevi to be the best way for families to organize, search, and protect their important documents. Today, we’re inviting our earliest supporters to join us as Founding Members.
What Is the Founding Member Program?
The first 50 paying subscribers to Archevi get two exclusive benefits:
- Price Lock -- Your subscription price is locked in forever. As we raise prices over time (and we will, as we add features), your rate never changes.
- Founding Member Badge -- A permanent badge on your account recognizing you as an early believer.
This applies to any plan you subscribe to -- Starter, Family, or Family Office. The moment you become a paying subscriber, your current price is locked.
Only 50 founding member slots are available, ever. Once they're gone, this pricing and these benefits won't be offered again. This isn't a marketing tactic -- we genuinely want a small group of early supporters who shape the product.
The Lifetime Deal
For those who want to go all-in, we’re offering something special:
Family Plan -- Lifetime Access: $250 CAD, one-time payment.
That’s the full Family plan (6 members, 25 GB storage, 200 AI queries/month, priority support) with no monthly or annual payments, ever. You pay once and you’re set for life.
If you're not sure about the lifetime commitment, start with a monthly plan. You'll still get the founding member price lock. You can always upgrade later -- the important thing is claiming your spot while slots remain.
How Much Does This Save?
Here’s the math:
- Family plan monthly: $12/mo = $144/year = $1,440 over 10 years
- Family plan yearly: $120/year = $1,200 over 10 years
- Lifetime deal: $250 total
That’s a savings of over $1,190 compared to the monthly plan over a decade. And as we raise prices, the gap only grows.
Cost comparison over time (Family Plan, CAD):
Monthly ($12/mo): $144/year, $720 over 5 years, $1,440 over 10 years
Annual ($120/yr): $120/year, $600 over 5 years, $1,200 over 10 years
Lifetime ($250 one-time): $250 total, $250 over 5 years, $250 over 10 years
The lifetime deal pays for itself in just over 2 years compared to annual billing.
Who Qualifies?
Anyone who subscribes to a paid plan while founding member slots are available. We have 50 slots total, and once they’re filled, the program closes permanently.
- Subscribe to any paid plan = founding member with price lock
- Purchase the lifetime deal = founding member with lifetime access
How to Claim Your Spot
- Sign in to your Archevi account
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Choose any paid plan, or select the Lifetime Deal card
- Complete your payment
That’s it. Your founding member status is applied automatically.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade my plan later and keep the price lock?
Yes. If you start on Starter and upgrade to Family, your Family price will be whatever the current rate is at the time of upgrade -- but you keep your founding member badge. The price lock applies to the plan you originally subscribed to.
Can I cancel and re-subscribe?
If you cancel and later re-subscribe, you’ll get the current price at that time, not your locked price. The price lock is tied to continuous active subscription.
Does the lifetime deal stack with referral discounts?
The lifetime deal is already heavily discounted, so referral coupons don’t apply to it. However, if you refer others after purchasing the lifetime deal, your referrals still earn their discounts on their subscriptions.
What happens to my data if Archevi shuts down?
We’re building Archevi to last. But if the worst happens, lifetime members will receive at least 90 days notice and full data export capabilities. Your documents are always yours.
Our data portability guarantee: at any time, you can export all your documents, metadata, and AI-extracted insights. If Archevi ever shuts down, lifetime members receive at least 90 days' notice plus assistance migrating to alternative services.
Why 50 spots?
We want to keep this exclusive and meaningful. Fifty founding members is enough to validate demand and fund early development, while small enough that each member feels like a genuine early supporter.
Why We’re Doing This
Archevi is a bootstrapped project. We’re not venture-funded, and we don’t plan to be. Every subscriber helps fund development directly. The Founding Member Program is our way of saying thank you to the people who believe in what we’re building before it’s mainstream.
Your support helps us:
- Build new features faster
- Maintain Canadian data residency
- Keep prices fair for everyone
- Prove that families want a better way to manage their documents
Ready to Join?
Head to your Settings page and choose a plan. If founding member slots are still available, you’ll see the counter and lifetime deal option right there.
Thank you for being part of this from the beginning.
